Our CEO, Tay Taimour, brings a bold mix of corporate experience, innovation, and entrepreneurial vision to Get Bright. Starting his career as the youngest advisor at Tesla, Tay worked at the intersection of clean technology and strategy, helping shape innovative solutions for a rapidly evolving industry. He then sharpened his operational and business acumen at Fiserv, a Fortune 250 fintech leader, where he helped large organizations navigate complex financial systems and scale with precision.
These experiences—combined with a passion for solving real-world problems—led Tay to create Get Bright, a new kind of cleaning company where technology, structure, and sustainability come together. Under his leadership, Get Bright is redefining what it means to deliver high-quality, transparent, and accountable cleaning services for modern businesses.
Tay fosters a culture of relentless innovation, high standards, and people-first leadership, driving his team to build a better future for clients and the planet. His unique perspective—shaped by his time in fast-paced industries like EVs and fintech—brings an edge to Get Bright, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve in both tech-driven operations and environmental responsibility.
Outside of his role, Tay is a strong advocate for sustainable living and is dedicated to creating a meaningful impact through every project he takes on.
Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Nathan Mah was immersed in business principles from an early age—management, sales, customer service. This foundation instilled a deep belief: strong relationships are the key to building both a fulfilling career and a successful company.
That belief became the driving force behind Mero.
Nathan saw firsthand how the commercial real estate industry relied on outdated processes—manual logs, incomplete data, and costly guesswork. Determined to modernize this, he co-founded Mero: a platform designed to bring transparency, accountability, and real-time insights to the industry.
As a leader, Nathan has guided Mero from its early days to signing multi-year enterprise deals with major players like QuadReal Property Group, Brookfield Properties, Colliers International, and Crown Property Management. He has also spearheaded Mero’s fundraising efforts, securing over $3 million in backing from top-tier investors including 500 Startups, Position Ventures, IX Labs, and Fresco Capital.
Nathan is a proud graduate of the University of Alberta and Queen’s University, and a passionate advocate for building Canada’s tech ecosystem outside of Silicon Valley.
